Dare to Lead™ Public Training Program
12+ years of research by Dr. Brené Brown has found that the future of leadership demands braver leaders and more courageous cultures. Become Dare to Lead Trained and gain the skills to move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
About Dare to Lead™
Do you want to become a braver, more daring leader – whether in your job, life or community?
Are you like so many who struggle to lead courageously in these uncertain, disruptive times?
Do you admire the research and work of Brené Brown?
If so, the Dare to Lead™ program is for you.
The most significant finding from Brené Brown’s research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching.
Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals. Rosie is part of a select group of professionals personally certified by Dr. Brené Brown to facilitate the program and provide access to the Daring Teams Rollout Program.
