The Daring Teams Rollout Program
If you are granted access to the Daring Teams Rollout Program, you can share it with your direct team.
The Daring Teams Rollout Program was developed to help teams work together, with the designated “Dare to Lead Trained” person serving as the group coordinator and co-learner—not as a trainer or facilitator.
The intention of the Daring Teams Rollout Program is for teams to work together to learn and build the four skill sets of courage, practice having difficult and productive conversations, and increase team empathy and trust. The power of this program lies in practicing the work as we learn it.
The Daring Teams Rollout Program is not a public program. It is available to participants who have successfully completed a full Dare to Lead training (i.e., are Dare to Lead Trained) and is made available at the discretion of the Certified Facilitator.
