Dare to Lead™ Public Training Program

12+ years of research by Dr. Brené Brown has found that the future of leadership demands braver leaders and more courageous cultures. Become Dare to Lead Trained and gain the skills to move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

About Dare to Lead™

Do you want to become a braver, more daring leader – whether in your job, life or community?

Are you like so many who struggle to lead courageously in these uncertain, disruptive times?

Do you admire the research and work of Brené Brown?

If so, the Dare to Lead training program is for you.

The most significant finding from Brené Brown’s research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lea program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching.

Dare to Lead is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be delivered by organizational development professionals. Dr. Rosie Ward is one of a select group of professional facilitators certified by Dr. Brené Brown to deliver Dare to Lead and provide access to the Daring Teams Rollout Program.

Become Dare to Lead™ Trained

Join the more than 150,000 people in 45 countries from all industries who have enhanced their leadership skills through the Dare to Lead program. The Dare to Lead program covers the four skillsets of courage:

Learn how to face risk, uncertainty, and tough conversations with courage, clarity, and empathy.

Living Into Your Values

Identify what you stand for and how to show up from a place of integrity every day.

Learning to Rise

After successful completion of the 24-hour program, you will be considered Dare to Lead Trained (and can add the Dare to Lead Trained badge on LinkedIn).
📢 As a Dare to Lead Trained individual, you are not certified to facilitate the curriculum.

Additionally, we can provide the Daring Teams Rollout Program to help you coordinate bringing your work team through an abbreviated version of the program, which aims to build a common language and foster psychological safety.
