“On a personal level, (HFEB) makes individuals more accepting of themselves by introducing the fallacies that surround weight and health. By calling into question commonly held beliefs on weight, this course brings to light the prejudices that permeate society. It forces us to recognize and reconcile these judgments within ourselves.”

- Carrie L., Organizational Development and Wellness Coordinator

"I would recommend this training for any health professional who wants to really learn how to help people with body acceptance and making peace with their weight. It is the best approach to helping people liberate themselves from dieting and obsessing about their weight."
