Dare to Lead™
The future of leadership demands braver leaders and more courageous cultures. This program is based on the past ten years of research by Dr. Brené Brown and focuses on helping individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
BRING THE WORKSHOP TO YOUR ORGANIZATION
The most significant finding from Brown’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching. Learn more about the program
