A PROGRAM FOR INTACT WORK TEAMS

A thriving workplace requires that everyone shows up as a leader. While it’s true that support from senior leadership is helpful, you don’t have to start at the top in order to transform your workplace to be more human and effective.

Developing a Leadership Mindset (DALM) is a training program designed for in-tact work teams and it was designed to help employees at every level can show up as a leader. DALM has been implemented and refined in many different organizations and settings with outstanding success.

Engaging, interactive virtual delivery is now available to accommodate current needs for social distancing.

BECOME A DALM FACILITATOR

This 6-week online program will allow you to experience each module and practice facilitating others through the modules. You will walk away with everything you need to lead the program in a variety of formats (including virtual delivery).

Through the DALM program, our struggling team was able to recognize and break down our own behaviors and barriers, resulting in an ability to appreciate and utilize each other’s talents and strengths. Our employee engagement survey results even improved from being one of the lowest-scoring teams to the second-highest scoring team throughout the entire organization!
